In addition to the Used Motor Vehicle Limited Warranty, O'Gorman Motors, Inc. offers an Additinal Warranty at a reasonable cost. If purchased, in addition to the Used Motor Vehicle Limited Warranty, O'Gorman Motors, Inc. agrees to repair or replace the powertrain, engine and /or transmission (internal working parts only) if the used vehicle (1) was delivered to Buyer 24 months or less prior to the date such vehicle is returned to the Dealer for repair or (2) has been driven 24,000 miles or less since date of delivery to Buyer, whichever comes first. This Additional Warranty is voided if (1) the odometer on the vehicle has been altered and the actual mileage cannot be accurately determined, or (2) repairs to a covered part are made by other than Dealer, or its authorized repairman, without Dealer's written consent. Dealer's entire obligation under this Additional Warranty is the sum of Four Thousand Dollars.
